 Shipping and Handling: We attempt to ship your order as soon as we receive confirmation of payment. Usually in 24-48 hours.

 Return Policy: Returns for a refund or replacement will be accepted for damaged or unusable items. We can not issue refunds for broken Chrusciki due to the fact carriers will not insure cookies and we have no control as to the handling during shipping. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. In the unlikely event that your order does arrive in unsatisfactory condition, please contact customer service immediately at customerservice at oldworldtreats.com to make us aware of the problem and please indicate the reason for the return or dissatisfaction and a representative will contact you with return instructions. When returning an item please send the product and packing material so that a damage assessment can be made by the carrier and/or Old World Treats and a proper adjustment or refund can be issued if one is due. All reasonable requests will be honored. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product or service. Please email customer service immediately and include the complete details of an unsatisfactory condition and a representative will contact you.

Cancelled/Changed Order Policy: Our goal is to fill your order within 24 hours after payment is confirmed. If you choose to cancel or change your order for any reason and it has already been packed, we will charge a 15% restocking fee (excluding shipping charges)
